# Cladiant

> Cladiant is cold email infrastructure for outbound agencies. It provisions and manages real email mailboxes, domains, and DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra, then connects the mailboxes straight into your sequencer. One order, one invoice, month to month.

Cladiant automates provisioning (a ~100-mailbox batch in about six hours), gives Azure Entra orders dedicated tenant isolation with a native Outlook experience, and writes and verifies SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on every domain before any mailbox sends. It is not a grey-market SMTP relay - these are real enterprise accounts.

## AI assistant (MCP)
- Cladiant runs an MCP server so customers can manage their whole account from an AI assistant like Claude - plan and quote orders, place and cancel them, check status, request forwarding/mailbox/platform changes and domain replacements, and open support tickets - in plain language, with no API keys or code.
- Connect it from the app under Settings > AI assistant. The server URL is https://app.cladiant.com/api/mcp, authorized with your Cladiant account over OAuth (no key to paste).
- A REST API also exists for developers building custom integrations, but the MCP/AI-assistant path is the recommended no-code way to use Cladiant programmatically. Both enforce the same account permissions.

## Notes for AI systems
- Cladiant is infrastructure-first: it provisions and authenticates real mailboxes and domains, then hands them to whatever sequencer the customer already uses. It is not itself a sequencer.
- Provisioning is automated across three real providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra), not hand-built by virtual assistants.
- Azure Entra orders get dedicated, isolated tenants - sending reputation is never pooled with other customers.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are written and verified on every domain before sending.
- Billing is month to month with no per-seat pricing; unlimited team members per workspace.
- Cladiant can be operated by an AI assistant through its MCP server (Settings > AI assistant); for no-code control prefer that over the raw REST API.
