I

Why teams move to us

Six reasons. Every one of them is checkable on the invoice or in the DNS.

01

Azure priced like infrastructure, not like a seat

$25 buys a whole domain carrying 25 or 50 mailboxes on a tenant nobody else sends from. The rest of the category either resells you a shared tenant or does not sell Azure at all.

02

One tenant per domain

Never a shared panel. Somebody else’s reputation is never sitting next to yours.

Twenty-six tools in all, each scoped to the key that calls it, so read-only stays read-only. Works with Claude, ChatGPT or anything that speaks MCP. Prefer code? The same actions are eighteen REST endpoints with a published OpenAPI spec.

Half and half is the default for a reason. Google carries Gmail-side placement, Azure Entra carries Outlook, and running both means one provider having a bad week does not stop your pipeline.

IV

What the extra dollar buys

The cheapest mailbox in this category advertises at $2.50. Ours starts at $3.50. Here is the difference, read off their own pages.

Compared against

  • Zapmail
  • InboxKit
  • ScaledMail
  • PremiumInboxes

Headline price

Is the number on the pricing page the number on the invoice?

Cladiant

Yes. $3.50 a mailbox, $2.50 at volume.

The category

Zapmail advertises $2.50 and charges $3.00 to $3.50 beyond the plan bundle.

Warmup

Is warmup sold back to you as a line item?

Cladiant

No. Your sequencer already warms and rotates.

The category

InboxKit lists warmup at $3.00 per mailbox per month, on top.

Azure Entra

Can you buy a dedicated Azure tenant at all?

Cladiant

Yes, from $25 a domain, 25 or 50 mailboxes each.

The category

PremiumInboxes, ScaledMail and Zapmail sell Google and Microsoft only.

Isolation

How many other senders share the tenant?

Cladiant

None. One dedicated tenant per domain.

The category

InboxKit sells an Azure tenant at $30 covering up to 100 mailboxes.

Setup

Who writes the DNS, and how long does it take?

Cladiant

Software, in minutes, then DNS Shield watches it.

The category

Several vendors here describe human or white-glove setup, which is where the multi-day waits come from.

Guarantees

Is there an inbox placement guarantee?

Cladiant

No, deliberately. Your copy and list decide placement.

The category

InboxKit advertises a 95% inbox rate.

Automation

Can a machine size, price and place the order?

Cladiant

REST API and an MCP server, both live.

The category

An API at two vendors. No MCP server anywhere in the category.

VII

Someone is
always on

Sending infrastructure breaks at the wrong hour, in the wrong timezone, on the weekend. That is when it matters that a human answers.

  • 01

A person, not a queue position

Open a ticket from the dashboard or your agent. It goes to someone who can actually change your DNS, not to a tier-one script.

  • 02

Under an hour to a fix

We measure time-to-resolution, not time-to-first-response. An acknowledgement is not a fix.

  • 03

We watch it before you do

DNS Shield raises the alert when a record drifts, so most of what we fix never becomes a ticket you had to open.

  • 04

    Migrations included

Moving off another provider, or between sequencers, is a support conversation rather than a paid onboarding.

IX

Questions we get first

It is live. Eighteen REST endpoints under /api/v1 with a published OpenAPI spec, scoped keys you issue and rotate yourself, and per-key origin auditing. Orders, domains, credentials, change requests and support tickets are all addressable. The MCP server is live too, with twenty-six tools.

Everything the dashboard does, minus paying an invoice. It can size an order against a sending target, quote it, save a draft, place it, cancel it, retry a failed payment, list your domains, request a replacement or a forwarding change, open a support ticket and read the reply, and search our knowledge base. Twenty-six tools, each with a required scope the server enforces.

Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Claude and ChatGPT are the two most people connect. You generate a credential in your dashboard, paste the server URL into the client, and your account is available to the assistant with whatever scopes you granted.

We do. Cladiant claims and bills every Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra tenant for you. You never touch a provider console. Workspace and Microsoft admin access is available on request; for Azure, our team handles all migration and reconnection work end to end.

Direct OAuth into Smartlead, Instantly, Emailbison, Salesforge, Outreach, Salesloft, Plusvibe, Saleshandy, Mailreach, Manyreach and Supersend. Your mailboxes appear in your sequencer the moment provisioning completes. No CSV exports, no copy and paste.

No, and we do not sell it as an add-on. Your sequencer already warms and rotates, and it does it well. Cladiant stops at handoff: we provision the mailboxes, authenticate the domains, and OAuth them into your sender. Everything after that is your sequencer's job.

Continuous authentication and reputation cover on every live domain. We watch MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC and rewrite any record that drifts or gets clobbered at the registrar, rather than waiting for you to notice a bounce. Alongside that we watch blacklist listings and sending reputation per domain. If a domain burns past saving, the replacement is free and its authentication is rebuilt before it sends.

We verify propagation and authentication on every domain before sending. MX resolves, SPF passes, DKIM signs, DMARC aligns. If any record is not clean we do not push the mailbox to your sequencer. You see the full diff in your dashboard, and DNS Shield keeps checking after handoff.

Of course. Point your registrar at Cladiant and we handle DNS, authentication records and mailbox provisioning automatically. Bring, buy, or mix in a single order. Domains bought through us are $13.50 for a .com or $9 for budget TLDs (.net / .co / .org / .info / .biz), billed on your first invoice.

Five steps: basics, domains, accounts, delivery, review, with a live price in the right rail. One invoice, monthly. Cladiant provisions, OAuths into your sequencer and flips the order to active. Unlimited team members can join your workspace at no extra cost. Or skip the wizard entirely and POST the order.

Three reasons, and you can check all of them. Nothing here is hand-configured by a contractor, which is where the misconfigurations and the multi-day delays in this category come from. Warmup is not sold back to you as a per-mailbox add-on. And on Azure every domain sits in its own Entra tenant rather than sharing one panel, so another sender's reputation is never yours. Mailboxes start at $3.50 and fall with volume; Azure starts at $25 per domain.

Yes. No minimum contract. Cancel from your billing portal any time, no support ticket required. Workspace and Microsoft admin access is available on request; Azure migration and reconnection are handled end to end by our team if you switch off.

No. These are real Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra accounts, the same infrastructure enterprises run on, not a grey-market SMTP server. Running across all three lets you diversify properly instead of leaning on a single source.

You get a native Outlook experience, and every domain gets its own dedicated tenant instead of sharing a pool. Most Azure resellers put many domains behind one tenant or one panel, which means someone else's sending sits next to yours. Ask any other provider whether their Azure is genuinely native and genuinely isolated. Ours runs 25 or 50 mailboxes per domain.

Capacity scales with your order. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 run one to five mailboxes per domain; Azure Entra runs 25 or 50 per domain, your choice. Daily volume and warmup ramp are controlled by your sequencer. We hand off clean, authenticated mailboxes and your sender sets the pace.

We do not publish a number, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Placement depends on your copy, your list and your sending reputation, none of which an infrastructure provider controls. What we can control is the infrastructure layer, and we optimise all of it: authentication, isolation, provider spread. Azure Entra is particularly strong for Outlook placement.

Swap it. Replace it from the dashboard or over the API, bring one you already own, or buy a clean .com through us for $13.50 (budget TLDs $9). DNS and authentication are reconfigured automatically on the replacement. Under DNS Shield, a domain we flag as burned is replaced at no charge.

Yes, and plenty of teams do. Spreading risk across providers is sound practice. Use Cladiant as your primary source or as one more in the mix, your call.

No free trial, but every plan is month to month with no long-term contract, so you can test the platform without locking in. Cancel any time from the web app.

Stop building the plumbing.

Cladiant takes orders in waves. Start one now and somebody on the team will walk you through infrastructure sized to what you actually send.
